We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, schedules change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Cancelling or Rescheduling your appointment

• Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will need to do so within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments made after this time, will not be eligible for a refund.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. In the event of an emergency, please email hello@skinfluence.co.uk

Late Arrivals or No-Shows

• If you are late for your consultation, you will still be charged and no further time will be allocated.

• If you miss your consultation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Full Package Refunds

As these services consist of consultations and digital products, I’m afraid we cannot offer a refund.
